A Note About Rentals:
This item is provided as a seasonal rental and remains the property of The Festive Porch Co. throughout the duration of your installation. We’ll return at the end of the season to collect all rental items-no need to schedule a separate pickup.
Please take care of rental pieces while they’re making your porch festive. Lost, missing or damaged rental items will be subject to a $100 replacement fee per item.

With our Pumpkin Refresh Plan, we’ll replace pumpkins from your original installation that become rotten or deteriorate prematurely during the fall season, helping your display stay fresh, beautiful, and festive for longer.
We’ll take care of removing the affected pumpkins and replacing them with comparable seasonal selections that coordinate with your original design.
Refreshes apply to pumpkins included in your original Festive Porch installation and are subject to seasonal availability. Natural changes in color, texture, and appearance are part of fresh pumpkin decor and do not require replacement.
This plan includes (1) refresh visit per season.

With End-of-Season Pickup, we’ll return after the season to remove your pumpkins and eligible seasonal decor, making the transition from fall effortless.
We’ll take care of the heavy lifting-you simply enjoy porch while it lasts.
